The Project focuses on studying the recruitment and selection process at TMI Network and to have a critical analysis of the recruitment process implemented by the company and at last to familiarize myself with HR strategies and how these HR strategies turned into HR deliverables through HR processes. As a part of learning process an internship was undertaken to understand method and importance an effective recruitment process. Recruitment processing out sourcing for Axis bank and posting jobs at different sites and we conducted online exam for axis bank. WE have done the background verification that is nothing byt educational qualifications relieving letter checking
