Project name:   HOST TO HOST CONGESTION CONTROL FOR TCP

Description    :  The transmission control protocol (TCP) carries out internet traffic, so performance of the internet depends to great extent on how well TCP works. In this work we have presented a survey of various approaches to TCP congestion control that do not relay on any explicit signaling from the network.
